Stay tuned for a Work.com redesign that will allow you to see more of the most popular guides than the current five we show on the homepage. Linking to your guide, adding your guide to digg and del.icio.us, blogging about your guide, putting your guide URL in your signature, and emailing your guide to friends and clients are all ways to improve your guide popularity.

Just linked my guide, and a bunch of my favorite guides, to digg. It's so cool to see how many work.com guides have been submitted.

Shara, I think it would really helpful for users (and for work.com experts and staff) if there was a field either on the homepage or the top page of the community blog where we listed New/Recently Added guides.

Hi Melissa, thanks for your comments. I'm going to go digg your guide! Right now at the bottom right of the homepage, you can see the 5 newest guides. But we're expanding this, so soon you'll be able to see long lists of the most popular guides, newest guides, most commented-on guides, top-rated guides, and top experts.
