Jeff Crites, founder of Brick & Click Consulting, former director at Fellowforce.com, and author of Guide to Open Innovation, asked me for a Work.com suggestion box today on Twitter.
Jeff, ask and you shall receive! This is now the official public suggestion box for Work.com. Add your suggestions and feedback in the comments. What would you like to see on Work.com? We can't wait to hear what you have to say.

Thanks Shara.
My first suggestion would be to tap http://www.suggestionbox.com for a suggestion box managment system. Dead simple, transparent, affordable, enables community voting and comments, and you're able to show a suggestion moving through different phases (under review, implemented, filed away, etc).
You can still use this blog as a driver, and to spotlight suggestions and suggesters, but the actual faciliation of suggestions and ideas would be best managed via something like SuggestionBox.com. My humble opinion :-)
Great community here that I'm sure will be happy to toss its ideas into the ring to take Work.com to the next level. thanks for listening!
Jeff

You might want to consider a prominent Community/Blog 'button' smack in the middle of the homepage. Right now, the link is so tiny at the bottom, it's easily missed. I think your community blog, aided by a SuggestionBox.com Box, has lots of upside in terms of creating additional engagement outside and in addition to the how-to guides.

Hi Jeff, I just added a more prominent link to the blog on the Work.com homepage! Thanks for the idea.

Hey Shara:
I must be blind as a bat, I can't locate the new blog link.
