If I had to list all the challenges that I had to face with my business, it would take all day. I feel it's important to be there for your customer. This is a problem that we struggled with at one time. We weren’t available to our clients. Our clients couldn't visit our office because it was basically a home office. We started video conferencing and phone conferencing. Now our clients know who their doing business with – this has made a great difference. An example of what I'm talking about can be found on sites like http://www.24conference.com. I believe that a successful business faces challenge.
